Wii Theme 1.5

This Theme is inspired by the Wii Opera Channel. This is version 1.5 of the Wii Chrome Theme. Changelog: -Have added 'wii channel windows' to house the apps -Got rid of the white stripe at the top. -Filesize has gone up from 600kb to just under 1MB Things to improve: -Make windows in PERFECT alignment in Wii Theme 2.0 -Give the text colour a light blue colour NOT purple.
