Cecilia Schariac is from Honkai Impact 3rd and she appears in the manga :). Love Cecilia and the lack of her fanart makes me sad, I suppose it's because most people don't know/don't bother to read the manga. Also because of how HI3 is actually quite unpopular (I mean in the way that it spread differently). HI3 is the kind of game that's played silently and is masked as "a pervert's game" when in truth it has such a complex backstory you would need to play the game AND read the manga if you really wanted to know anything. Wait this is a theme- not a reddit why am I writing all this here?
