Orion (the Hunter) is a prominent constellation, perhaps the best known of the sky. Its bright stars visible from both hemispheres make this constellation is universally recognized. The constellation is visible throughout the night during the winter in the northern hemisphere, southern hemisphere summer, is also visible a few hours before dawn from late August through mid-November and can be seen in the night sky to mid-April, at least in the northern hemisphere.
Orion is located near the constellation Eridanus River and supported by his two hunting dogs Canis Minor Canis Maior and fighting with the constellation Taurus.
