this is a painting-styled theme for your chrome browser.
how to apply: press apply theme and it will start a download at the bottom of the browser. DO NOT OPEN THIS FILE! just leave it there. click the three dots at the top right of the screen, then more tools and finally 'extensions'
by this time your file should still be at the bottom of your screen. in the top of the extensions tab click 'developer mode' then drag and drop your file from the bottom of the browser into any place on the 'extensions' tab. a message will appear: click allow.
