A friend of mine showed me this lovely artwork of Hetalia's Nordics a few weeks ago.
I'm not that much of a Nordic fan, but this was so cute that I decided to make a Chrome theme out of it. :3

I have been searching for the artist of the picture for hours, but he/she seems to be quite unfindable. :/
So if anybody knows who made it, please let me know!

The frame overlay and the little heart attribution are my works.
All colours that were used are based on those in the background.
