Holo from spice and wolf. Wallpaper was found on /r/AnimeWallpaper, Thanks to /u/FAMISIL for posting this and for /r/Synchross for editing the image with the bakground. I have done some minor editing to fit Holo perfectly within the chrome frame. I'm not really sure of the original artist but according to saucenao it seems to be 柚子_YUZU has drawn this image, Many thanks to him.
