This is a theme I made for my boyfriend but decided to make public. The image is NOT mine, although I did edit it a bit. Credit where it's due.
If you want it to look like the screenshot: I'm using the Custom Google™ Background extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/custom-google-background/jepibmfmhopgkplegmkjgifmhabbjadg) and chose to hide everything except the Google logo. Search bar must be set to discreet.
