extremely extremely customized for myself as i love love love vi hart so much and mlp and im also slightly mentally unstable, hence the pinkamena in the top right peeking out randomly in the middle of an otherwise normal and sane and lovely lovely chrome theme design. well, depending on how you define normal because it can't ever really be said that vi hart is normal. which is a good thing, i mean. so yeah. i doubt anyone else will use this theme. but i mean it's vi hart!!!!
