After much work, here is the first Boys Before Flowers theme for Google Chrome. It isn't perfect, but for my first theme I'm pretty proud of it. I'm unsure of who created the background image originally, but credit to whom it is due. I simply edited it with a few brushes and made it into a 1366x768 image.
Although this is meant for a 1366x768 screen resolution, it should look fine with higher resolutions as well.
