Chevrolet have just revealed the most powerful production naturally aspirated V8 in history in the new Corvette Z06. The new LT6 engine a bit smaller than the usual large V8’s found in Corvettes with 5.5L of capacity in total. It also does the job without any forced induction, forgoing the supercharged setup of the previous generation Z06. It is essentially a race bred engine that has been successfully used in the GTLM series since 2019 in the C8.R, and was developed alongside Pratt & Miller.
